Die Verfügbarkeit (availability) ist eine nicht-funktionale Anforderung (siehe Nicht-funktionale Anforderungen) an einen Service. Ein Service ist dann verfügbar, wenn ein Aufruf, der eine Operation des Services erreicht, beantwortet wird.
